Likenew - Used product

• Likenew 97%: Used product which has big scratches or a small crack in the corner or an error that is introduced in detail in the product description and has been professionally inspected, tested and cleaned to good condition.
• Likenew 98%: Used product which has some light scratches but is completely in stable operation and has been professionally inspected, tested and cleaned to good condition.
• Likenew 99% : Used product which is in good condition without scratches and has been professionally inspected, tested and cleaned to good condition.

Warranty: 13 months for iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, 6 months for Samsung, Sony, Oppo products at JA Mobile

Brandnew 100% - Brand new and unused product.

• Brandnew :  New product which is unopened, not activated yet (There are some exceptions that may have activated the online warranty)
• Unboxed 100% : The product is new and unused but has been opened to check and has activated the genuine warranty

Warranty: 15 months for iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, 12 months for Samsung, Sony, Oppo product at JA Mobile

Delivery Method 

The orders are delivered via Japan Post service. You can choose the time (date & time) to receive the goods.

Low Costs Delivery 

The orders paid by banking transfer in advance are delivered for free (except for some products: Accessories, Headphones, Sims, Wifi...) . We also provide Cash on delivery service with a COD fee of 1,500JPY applied to all orders.

DELIVERY TO VIETNAM 

JA Mobile provides delivery service to Vietnam from 3,000円~ depending on the product. Total delivery time is approximately 7-10 days.
